What is DBIA?
The Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) allows architectural, engineering and construction professionals to collaborate and transform the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. May Lee State Office Complex
The May Lee State Office Complex (MLSOC) in Sacramento, CA, unites various agencies and departments of the State of California across a 17.3-acre site, comprising approximately 1,250,000 SF of office space and amenities. The project team introduced inventive safety solutions to address unique construction challenges.
Caltech Resnick Sustainability Center
The four-story Caltech Resnick Sustainability Center (RSC) serves as the hub for energy and sustainability research on the Caltech campus and the home of state-of-the-art undergraduate teaching laboratories. Selecting design-build as the project delivery method enabled early collaboration and integrated solutions that were central to the project鈥檚 success.
